There are more than 650 Young Farmers' Clubs located throughout England and Wales, dedicated to supporting young people in agriculture and the countryside. Their membership comprises 22,000 young people aged between 10 and 26 years. The National Federation of Young Farmers Clubs is the head of this nationwide body of clubs, and it is the largest rural youth movement of its kind. |

Every year the Bucks Federation of Young Farmers' Clubs organize a one-day event at which all the clubs in the county can participate. This day is not only a platform Young Farmers' events and competitions, but also for the public to come along and enjoy. The 2009 event will be hosted by Newport Pagnell Young Farmers' Club at Hill Farm Haversham by kind permission of the Paton Family. In 2010 another club from Buckinghamshire Federation will host the event on behalf of the county. |
